Here we go again—another scandal, another billion dollars down the drain. Turns out, the left’s big government “solutions” infect even red states like Ohio. Remember when Americans could trust their hard-earned dollars would go to people who actually needed help? Not anymore. Now, Medicaid money is nothing more than a piggy bank for the lazy, the crooked, and the connected.
Just look at Ohio’s so-called home health program. Taxpayers are coughing up $1 billion every year, yet walk into one of these “offices” and you’ll find nothing but darkness and empty rooms. Notes collect dust on doors, furniture sits untouched, and nobody seems to work there. The reason? Oversight is basically nonexistent. Liberals keep throwing your money at phantom programs in the name of “compassion,” but nobody is checking if anyone actually shows up.
Here’s the ugly truth. These programs hand out cash to anyone willing to claim they’re taking care of an elderly family member. Sometimes it’s as simple as chatting or fixing a sandwich. Many so-called “workers” are relatives, not real professionals. Even worse, there’s no way for anyone to prove if these “services” are even happening. What a joke! The only people who could call out the scams are the family members themselves. Do you really think Grandma is going to snitch on her own son? Please.
Who benefits here? Not everyday Americans. Not seniors who actually need care. No, it’s the endless parade of middlemen and schemers—often from immigrant communities—who know how to milk the system. Government blames “complicated paperwork” and “diversity needs,” but everyone knows what’s really happening: globalist policies put cash in the hands of people who never earned it, while real citizens get stuck with the bill.
There’s nothing but crickets from Democrats when fraud like this is exposed. If conservatives even hint at cutting waste or demanding real accountability, the left screams “racism” and “heartlessness.” Well, someone needs to have the guts to ask—how much of our swamped federal deficit could disappear if these parasites weren’t gaming the system? Imagine what could happen if leaders actually put America’s interests first, instead of global handouts and bureaucratic cow-towing.
Thankfully, there are still a few voices speaking up for the American taxpayer, promising action and accountability. But does anyone really believe the swamp will be drained as long as liberals cling to their “no questions asked” spending spree? Or will America just keep writing blank checks until our nation is finally bankrupt?
