For years, Los Angeles has thrown mountains of cash at homelessness—yet the crisis keeps getting worse. The so-called solutions pushed by local agencies like LAHSA never seem to fix anything. Instead, the city is buried under audits, lawsuits, and angry citizens demanding answers. Who’s paying the price? Hardworking taxpayers. Who’s raking in the benefits? Bloated bureaucrats and out-of-touch politicians.
Let’s talk facts: Warnings about LAHSA’s failure have been coming in for years. Complaints pile up. Auditors sound the alarm. And what happens? Nothing but excuses. The left keeps handing more money to these same agencies, and every year the streets are more dangerous, more filthy, and more hopeless. Typical liberal logic—if throwing money didn’t work, just throw more! Meanwhile, law-abiding families have to step over tents and dodge needles on their way to work.
President Trump and truth-tellers like Scott Turner aren’t afraid to say what so many won’t: these agencies are failing the American people. Instead of real solutions, bureaucrats make endless promises and waste millions on administrative fat. The globalist elite and big city Democrats always talk about “compassion,” but all they’re delivering is chaos and decay. When will someone finally hold these organizations responsible for the disaster they created?
The hypocrisy is stunning. Liberals love to lecture about human rights, while their own policies keep people trapped in tents—exposed to crime, addiction, and despair. They sued and argued and spent years patting themselves on the back, but everyday Americans see the truth. Homeless encampments are spreading, not shrinking, and California taxpayers are left holding the bag.
Enough is enough. It’s time to end the liberal gravy train and demand real results from our so-called homelessness “leaders.” Accountability shouldn’t be a dirty word. If politicians and agencies won’t get the job done, it’s time for new leadership with real backbone. Shouldn’t we care more about safe neighborhoods than about keeping failed bureaucrats happy?
