Something strange is happening on the world stage, and shockingly, it involves the United States making yet another backroom deal with Iran. The so-called “peace memo” just inked between President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is raising eyebrows—not just in the U.S., but right inside Iran, where the country’s true power player, Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, has finally broken his silence.
Does anyone really buy that this latest agreement will bring peace? No way. Khamenei himself admitted he had personal doubts about the whole thing, but decided to let it happen anyway. Sound familiar? Liberals love signing memos, waving pieces of paper, and calling it victory—meanwhile, Americans are left to deal with the dangerous fallout, again and again.
Let’s get real about what’s going on here. Khamenei running the show from behind the scenes isn’t news to anyone paying attention. Iranian “presidents” come and go, but the regime’s anti-American hatred and globalist ambitions never change. Now, thanks to this administration’s endless need for phony foreign policy “wins,” the world’s largest state sponsor of terror gets a seat at the grown-ups’ table. All so the left can pat itself on the back—while conveniently ignoring decades of violence and lies from Tehran.
This isn’t strength. This isn’t peace. It’s another example of American leadership refusing to act in the real interests of its people. It’s a handout to radicals dressed up as diplomacy. Has anyone in the White House thought about what Iran will do with this new respect and power? Or do they just care about their poll numbers?
The American people deserve better than this constant appeasement. The left can sign all the memos they want, but deals with dictators aren’t deals for freedom. When the dust settles, history will remember who stood strong and who just caved. So how many more “peace memos” do the elites have to sign before Americans finally see through the charade?
