There’s one thing every American should agree on: love for our country. But today, that belief is under attack — not from some faraway enemy, but from inside our own borders, mostly from the left. Democrats and their allies have decided that showing pride in America is something to be embarrassed about. In fact, recent numbers show this gap is only growing. The simple, obvious truth? When Americans were united in loving the flag, we were stronger. Now, it’s become a partisan fight.
Republicans are usually slammed as backwards or old-fashioned by the media. But standing tall for the Stars and Stripes should never go out of fashion. Guess what? It’s the radical liberals who have turned their backs on our history, our traditions, and the heroes who built this nation. Instead, they push globalist nonsense, apologize for our success, and constantly tear down what makes America great. Patriotism shouldn’t be political, but Democrats have chosen to make it so.
This growing divide over something basic—American pride—shows just how much the left has lost touch with real people. Remember when being an American was a reason to stand tall? Now, liberal activists want kids to be ashamed of their country in the classroom, actors whine about America from their mansions, and Democrats talk more about “equity” than about unity or freedom. The result? Broken communities and a nation wondering who we even are anymore.
Let’s get real: when the world is more dangerous than ever, Americans need to be united. Instead, the left is busy rewriting textbooks, toppling statues, and giving in to the woke mob who hate anything that reminds them of strength or tradition. Our adversaries must be laughing as they watch Democrats argue with each other over whether our flag is “problematic,” while Republicans are the only ones left cheering for the red, white, and blue.
There’s one side with the courage to stand up for this country and its values. Spoiler: It’s not the people shouting at the sky every time America wins. So, when did loving America become controversial? The left better answer that before the gap gets even wider—before it’s too late to bridge it.
