Iranian operatives tried to sneak into US using soccer team and liberals looked the other way

It’s another day and yet another reminder that America’s enemies never sleep—while the left can barely stay awake. Now even the World Cup isn’t safe. Recent revelations show Iran tried to sneak operatives with ties to the brutal Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) into our country by hiding them among a soccer team. This is not a joke. These aren’t athletes or tourists—they’re possible terrorists, hiding in plain sight, and liberals still want to roll out the welcome mat.

Why do some leaders refuse to call out Iran for what it is: a snake in the grass? For years, the left has played footsie with Iran, championing bad nuclear deals and pretending these radicals can be trusted. Turns out, the only thing you can trust about Iran’s regime is that it will stab us in the back if given half a chance. Yet Democrats seem more concerned about not offending Tehran’s thugs than actually protecting American lives.

The Biden administration keeps pushing for open borders and softer security. They seem to forget there are real threats lurking out there, beyond their fantasy world. Now, homeland intelligence is forced to play catch-up because, once again, liberal policy puts America last. Securing the border and vetting foreigners isn’t xenophobia—it’s common sense. But try telling that to the hysterical open-borders crowd clutching their pearls on cable news.

If Iran can use the World Cup as cover for sneaking hostile agents into the United States, what’s next? Maybe they’ll try sneaking them in with Olympic ping pong teams, or as delivery drivers. The games that Iran plays aren’t just on the pitch—they’re on our soil, putting families at risk. And Democrats are too busy sending hashtags and love letters to global elites to do anything real about it.

It’s time to stop letting globalist dreams blind us to clear and present danger. When will the left admit that appeasement doesn’t work, and that coddling adversaries only invites disaster? As far as Iran is concerned, Americans know this: You can’t negotiate with a snake, and you certainly shouldn’t let one play soccer in your own backyard.
