Senator Vance announced this so-called “major milestone” during talks in Switzerland. But here’s the truth: giving Iran what it wants—again—is exactly why America keeps getting burned in these one-sided negotiations.
Liberals will say this is “progress.” But anyone using common sense sees what’s happening. Iran manipulates these talks, dragging out negotiations while secretly working towards nuclear weapons. Every time the West caves and says, “Just let us in and we’ll trust you,” Iran gets more breathing room to tighten its grip and spread chaos. Is anyone surprised they suddenly want praise for basic transparency?
Let’s not pretend this is some miracle breakthrough. How many times have we seen these petty regimes play the same tired game? They say, “We’ll let inspectors in!” The Democrats and global bureaucrats rush to clap like trained seals, desperate to call it a win. Meanwhile, Iran gets sanctions relief, more legitimacy, and a fresh stack of cash to fund their extremist buddies.
Instead of demanding real proof and holding Iran’s feet to the fire, the left settles for stage-managed diplomacy. They’d rather have a photo-op than make sure America and our allies are actually safe. This is what happens when American leadership bows down to anti-American tyrants just to get headlines and call it “diplomacy.”
If the Biden administration thinks sending more diplomats to Switzerland is going to stop Iran, they’re either clueless or working against America’s interests. When will Washington learn that appeasing dictators never works? Maybe when Iran’s “milestones” start looking less like progress, and more like big, red warning signs.
