The left and their legal teams love to play games instead of facing up to the facts.
Meanwhile, the prosecutors are standing strong. They’re not backing down from exposing these legal shenanigans for what they are: an obvious attempt to save a killer from justice. The death penalty exists for a reason. It’s there to punish the worst crimes. But in today’s twisted, liberal-controlled legal world, even that is up for debate when the victim is one of their political enemies.
Let’s be honest, if this crime had been committed against a liberal darling, the death penalty would not just be on the table — it’d be served up with a side of righteous outrage from every major news outlet. But since it’s a conservative icon like Charlie Kirk, suddenly the anti-death penalty arguments come out of the woodwork. This is the double standard conservatives have come to expect. The elites want to protect their own at all costs, no matter how vile the crime.
