Liberals Ignore as Coast Guard Heroes Cheat Death in Alaska Helicopter Crash While Defending America

Once again, American heroes in uniform face danger head-on, this time in the wilds of Alaska. A helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station Sitka went down—yet, thank God, all crew members made it out alive. There are no sweet words for those who think our military or search-and-rescue personnel are somehow “privileged”—their lives are on the line daily. Left-wing elites in Washington love to cut budgets for homeland security and our armed forces, but when disaster strikes, who do they expect to show up? Certainly not any of their Antifa pals.

While some politicians sip lattes in their DC offices and obsess over sending money to Ukraine or pushing for gender-neutral uniforms, the men and women of the Coast Guard risk life and limb in places like Alaska. They’re not seeking attention or virtue-signaling on social media. They’re keeping Americans safe here at home, far from the cameras. Yet somehow, their service never makes it into the Democrats’ “America Last” narrative.

No fatalities were reported in this crash, and the crew made it to the hospital for care. That’s a blessing, but let’s not forget how easily this story could have ended in tragedy. Instead of throwing billions overseas or coddling illegal migrants at the border, maybe our leaders should focus on making sure heroes like the Coast Guard have the best equipment, training, and support. It’s not rocket science—America’s safety and security should come first.

Liberals love to preach about climate change and diversity quotas, but when was the last time they championed the real Americans keeping our skies and coastlines safe? The woke bureaucrats act like diversity training is more important than saving lives in the field. Meanwhile, conservative Americans recognize sacrifice when they see it and know that we need strong, well-funded border and homeland protection.

Let’s be clear: our Coast Guard didn’t crash their helicopter because they weren’t brave or skilled—it’s because real life is dangerous, especially when defending this great country. Maybe it’s time for our leaders to care more about American heroes than their globalist pet projects. Remind me, who’s watching out for us if the next crash doesn’t end this well?
