These international soccer fans are discovering a country full of kindness, freedom, and, yes, endless soda refills.
Imagine that—a bunch of Europeans, supposedly more “cultured” and “worldly,” showing up in flyover country with low expectations. And what happens? They’re blown away by local hospitality. Friendly faces welcome them, neighbors strike up conversations, and restaurants actually care if customers are happy. Shocking, right? Certainly not what CNN and BBC want folks to believe. The so-called “backwards” Americans in small towns are outshining the snobby elites in any European capital.
They’re not just loving the people—they’re amazed by our way of life. These visitors can’t get enough of simple American pleasures like Buc-ee’s, Target, and meals that don’t leave you hungry an hour later. Who would’ve thought reasonable prices, big portions, and free drink refills are enough to make people reconsider everything the globalists have told them? Maybe America isn’t just about Wall Street bankers and Hollywood phonies. Maybe there’s a lot more that the ruling class doesn’t want outsiders to see.
It’s time to call out the anti-American brainwashing for what it is. For decades, progressives and globalists have worked overtime to paint this country as some kind of villain on the world stage. But the truth is getting harder to hide. When average folks from overseas come face to face with real Americans, they see generosity and optimism, not the cold, cruel stereotypes. The biggest threat to their propaganda? One honest handshake or heartfelt smile from an average American.
So here’s a question for all those liberal critics who love to bash their own homeland and apologize for America wherever they go: If the so-called “ignorant” American public really is this great—so full of warmth, honesty, and pride—maybe it’s time the Left apologized, too. But don’t hold your breath. They’re too busy chugging the anti-American Kool-Aid to notice Europeans are starting to see the light.
