America’s so-called elites are back at it again, trying to rewrite Christian faith to fit their leftist agenda. Last week at Georgetown University, a Jesuit priest famous for cozying up to the LGBT lobby hosted a “Catholic” conference that bent over backwards to celebrate every anti-Christian trend under the sun. But while activists pushed for the Church to accept their demands, real Catholics—those who actually believe in the unchanging truth of the Gospel—showed up in protest. Thirty-one thousand Americans signed a petition condemning this event. When was the last time you saw that many people rally around something mainstream media calls “hateful”?
Let’s call this what it is: a transparent activist takeover of the Church by progressive ideologues. America’s left wants to drag every traditional institution down to their level. They slap Christian language onto pride parades and drag shows, then demand the rest of us accept it or be branded as bigots. It’s always the same trick—twist words like “love” and “acceptance” until they mean “abandon every moral value you have.” None of this is about spiritual healing or truth. It’s about using religion as a battering ram against Western civilization.
The Catholic Church isn’t perfect, but it stands as one of the last major bulwarks against the insanity of the modern left. Where else can children be taught that marriage is for a man and a woman? Where else is it even safe to say that abortion is murder, no excuses? Meanwhile, as liberal activists scream for “tolerance,” they ignore that their ideas are already gutting Protestant and Catholic communities alike. The next time you see a politician claiming to be “sleeping through Mass,” just remember: even America’s so-called conservatives can’t hold a candle to the convictions of ordinary faithful people.
And here’s the truth the media and the globalist crowd don’t want you to hear: the youth are turning to tradition, not away from it. Young Catholics aren’t flocking to rainbow-flag parishes and bland sermons about “openness.” They’re waking up, hungry for purpose and truth. They’re watching weak-willed leaders cave, while the real heroes are students at places like Georgetown who pray and protest in public, unafraid of being called “hateful” or “cringeworthy” by woke Twitter mobs. Courage is contagious.
America’s Christian revival won’t come from a phony conference on some university campus, led by priests turned activists. It will come from bold, faithful lives—lived without apology—by those who refuse to bend a knee to fake compassion and modern lies. The future will be built not by conformists, but by those willing to risk ridicule for what’s right. How much longer will the silent majority wait before standing with them and taking our country back?
