Another dark day in Canada proves, once again, that the Left’s favorite narratives about violence simply don’t fit the facts. Montreal was rocked by a gruesome shooting. Not just another average criminal—this was a man donning camouflage, storming into a grocery store, unleashing chaos, and ultimately taking the lives of a civilian and a young police officer before finally being stopped by police fire. For a country that prides itself on “peace, order, and good government,” it’s clear those slogans mean nothing when ideology poisons the mind.
The media wants to tiptoe around the shooter’s identity and motivations. Let’s set the record straight: The killer boasted about being an “incel” and dripped with anti-capitalist and anti-liberal rage. This wasn’t some right-wing nut, despite the Left’s never-ending attempts to blame conservatives for every act of violence. The shooter’s views were a toxic cocktail of far-left hate, misogyny, and twisted revolutionary fantasies. Yet, pay attention to who liberals blame when these tragedies strike—it’s never one of their own.
Authorities, meanwhile, are holding on tight to the shooter’s so-called ‘manifesto.’ But reports show he spewed violent incel rhetoric, directly targeting women and calling for a sick sort of revolution. Globalist media and woke politicians would rather scrub these details from the record than face uncomfortable truths: the greatest threats often come from within their own ideological ranks. They’re quick to cry about “hate speech” when it suits their narratives but suddenly go silent when hatred breeds from leftist and fringe corners.
And while this horror unfolded in a Jewish neighborhood, officials are dodging questions about who exactly got caught in the crossfire. They won’t even confirm if the civilian victim was Jewish. Instead of transparency, we get bureaucratic fog and platitudes. There are swirling reports of antisemitism. The ruling class doesn’t want to touch that with a ten-foot pole. Can anyone seriously claim they’re on the side of justice or victims’ families when they hide the facts to save their own fragile reputations?
This entire tragedy exposes the hypocrisy of progressive Canada. Gun control, anti-hate laws, all the feel-good government interventions—none of it stopped a radicalized incel filled with anti-capitalist venom from targeting innocent lives. Their system failed, again. But the real question is: how long will it take the Left to admit that their blind spots and ideological obsessions are putting real people in danger? Maybe they don’t care—as long as it’s not politically inconvenient for them.
