But leave it to a California politician like Scott Wiener to call Christians the ones doing the hijacking. Only in upside-down liberal land would defending biblical symbols be called theft. Apparently, if you want to celebrate your faith and honor ancient tradition, you’re the problem. It’s that classic leftist trick: accuse others of what you’re guilty of. Pretend history started only five minutes ago and hope nobody calls you out.
Of course, facts don’t matter to the radical crowd. For them, it’s all about erasing what came before and mocking anyone who refuses to go along. The rainbow didn’t just suddenly appear in 1978 when activists plastered it everywhere. Centuries before any progressive protest, the rainbow already had a deep, sacred meaning. Liberals want to act like any pushback is hateful, but defending faith and truth is basic common sense.
Wiener’s claims are a perfect example of the arrogance of the modern left. They tell Christians they have no right to the symbol God gave their faith, all while acting like they’re the victims. They ignore the fact that pride—real biblical pride—is never seen as a virtue. But then again, the word “pride” itself has been twisted until it means the exact opposite of humility.
It’s time conservatives stop letting elites, activists, and out-of-touch politicians rewrite history and redefine morality. The rainbow means more than a woke hashtag or corporate logo. No amount of spin from the globalist class will ever change its true meaning. When will these anti-American ideologues realize they can’t just erase the past with a hashtag and a parade?
