These liberal strongholds claim they’re protecting immigrants, but who are they really protecting? It sure isn’t American citizens. Sanctuary policies let criminal aliens roam free instead of being turned over to ICE. That means more crime, less safety, and a slap in the face to every law-abiding American. Democrats in cities like Austin and states like Oregon prioritize illegal immigrants over U.S. families. It’s shameful.
House Republicans have had enough of this lawless behavior, and they’re right. Asking these liberal officials to explain themselves is long overdue. Why should any city or state get away with ignoring the laws of this country? As usual, the left acts above the law—then cries foul when someone actually holds them accountable.
