America is supposed to be a sovereign nation with secure borders. Everyone hears that message, yet the facts on the ground tell a different story. Just look at what happened with Alejandro Saul Rico. Back in 2006, this man was handed a visitor visa so he could take his family to Disney World. The American dream, right? Fast-forward nearly two decades, and he’s still here—except now he’s not a tourist, he’s a criminal with a record in Maryland, his visa long expired.
This is what happens when soft-on-crime liberals run the show. They welcome people with open arms but never follow up. Visas are supposed to have an end date. But the left acts like immigration laws are just suggestions. Criminal illegal aliens get to stay on American soil, while hard-working families worry about their safety. If authorities can’t keep track of one guy visiting Disney World, how do they plan to protect this country from real threats?
The system isn’t broken—it’s been sabotaged by people who care more about global approval than actual Americans. Letting foreign nationals overstay their welcome is an open invitation to lawlessness. While the left obsesses over “compassion” and “inclusiveness,” American sovereignty crumbles. Politicians in D.C. would rather pander to interest groups and foreign governments than actually keep track of who’s coming and going.
Maryland families shouldn’t have to wonder if the stranger next door is a law-abider or a criminal who slipped through the cracks. Yet, thanks to years of willful neglect and globalist agendas, we now have thousands—maybe millions—of overstays just like Rico, some with criminal ties, all ignored by the liberal media and politicians. Where’s the accountability? Nowhere to be found.
This is not about one family’s vacation gone wrong—it’s about the glaring proof that our leaders have abandoned the American people. How many more “visitors” will get a free pass to ignore our laws while career politicians look the other way? Maybe it’s time our leaders cared more about Main Street than Magic Kingdom.
