Once again, liberal judges are hard at work undermining America’s sovereignty. In the latest move out of California, a Biden-appointed federal judge just handed a nationwide win to illegal immigrants and their activist lawyers, blocking ICE from making arrests at immigration courts. With one swipe of the pen, a single judge kneecapped years of real immigration enforcement. This isn’t justice—it’s sabotage.
Thanks to this judge, ICE agents can’t even arrest criminals and repeat border jumpers when they show up to court. That means known lawbreakers, fugitives, and deportation dodgers are now free to skip out the courthouse doors without fear of getting caught. Apparently, protecting illegal aliens is more important to Biden’s judges than protecting law-abiding American families.
But it gets worse. This activist judge didn’t just go after ICE arrests—she also tossed out another key detention policy. The left is thrilled, but the American people should be furious. Liberals never miss a chance to open our borders and give the green light to anyone who wants to break our laws. Is it any wonder that record numbers of illegal crossings are happening under Biden’s watch?
Let’s not kid ourselves. This is exactly what the globalist elites want. They’re all in for dismantling ICE, erasing borders, and putting America last. California’s left-wing courts are more worried about foreign nationals than U.S. citizens. It’s legal games for open borders and every conservative knows it.
At the end of the day, this is what liberal incompetence and anti-American activism looks like. The left says they care about “justice,” but in reality, they only care about stacking the deck against Americans. With judges like this, who needs the border at all?
