Of course, liberals are probably in meltdown mode over this. They love nothing more than caving to hostile nations. They’d let Iran walk all over us tomorrow if it meant a few good headlines and applause from their friends in the media. But Trump’s not interested in that pathetic routine. Real strength means protecting America and never letting bullies—whether foreign tyrants or homegrown RINOs—set the agenda.

So what will it take for the left to wake up and realize that backbone beats backroom deals every time? If Republicans keep channeling Trump’s fire, maybe the Senate will finally stop acting like a global debate club and start defending our interests again.
