It never fails—the liberal media loves to set up these so-called “gotcha” moments, thinking they can trip up unapologetic conservatives like Rep. Kat Cammack. This time, it was leftwing journalist Tara Palmeri trying her best to corner Cammack and tear down pro-life laws. But, as usual, reality backfired on the progressive narrative in a big way.
What Palmeri didn’t count on was Cammack being far smarter and braver than anyone in the liberal press expects. In a nearly hour-long interview, Cammack made it crystal clear that the real crisis in Congress isn’t pro-life Republicans—it’s the seedy behavior of certain Democrats and even some on the right who think they’re above the rules. Alongside fighters like Nancy Mace and Ana Paulina Luna, she’s shining a harsh light on the abuse and misconduct that’s been hidden for years.
Maybe that’s why the left can’t stand Cammack. She doesn’t just talk about protecting women—she actually does the work. Democrats love to parade around as champions for women’s rights, yet they happily support candidates like Graham Platner up in Maine, despite the fact he faces credible accusations of abusing women. Where’s the outrage from the feminists and #MeToo torch-bearers now? Nowhere to be found, because it doesn’t fit the liberal agenda. The hypocrisy is staggering.
Meanwhile, Democrat golden boys like Eric Swalwell get away with scandal after scandal. Tony Gonzales gets a pass, too. But say one thing in support of unborn babies or stand up to the abortion lobby, and suddenly you’re public enemy number one, according to the mainstream press. It’s almost like leftists care more about protecting their power than protecting real people.
It’s time the American people ask themselves: Why do Democrats keep covering up for abusers while attacking those who defend the vulnerable? Maybe it’s because their priorities are all wrong—and their house of cards is finally starting to crumble.
