The radical left does it again. A judge picked by Joe Biden just tossed out the Department of Justice’s lawsuit against four New Jersey sanctuary jurisdictions. Once again, the Biden administration finds itself protecting lawbreakers at the expense of American citizens. It’s almost like they want chaos on our streets and criminals hiding in plain sight.
This judge claims the federal government doesn’t even have the right to sue sanctuary havens. Remember, sanctuary cities refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. That means they help shield dangerous illegal aliens from the authorities. Instead of supporting law and order, Biden’s appointee rules in favor of cities flouting federal law. It’s as if the left wants open borders and doesn’t care about the havoc it brings to everyday Americans.
Biden’s hands-off policies have allowed a flood of illegal immigration. Now, his own judges double down on this disaster. They don’t just ignore the crisis—they slam the door on anyone who tries to fix it. Local officials who put American safety first get punished, while globalist elites and progressive activists cheer from the sidelines. Sanctuary cities put criminals first, and American families last.
The hypocrisy is disgusting. The left is always preaching about “the rule of law,” except, apparently, when it interferes with their pro-illegal agenda. The Department of Justice tried to stand up for what’s right, but woke judges handcuffed them. Meanwhile, the rest of us are forced to live with the consequences—rising crime, stressed schools, and cities that feel less and less like America every day.
How much more anti-American could the left get? Biden’s team continues to side with foreign nationals over citizens. The message is clear: if you break the law and sneak across the border, you’ll find friends in high places—just not if you’re a patriotic American who expects justice, safety, and the basic right to protect your community. When will enough be enough?
