They just booted out three sitting members of Congress and replaced them with radicals whose top priorities include getting rid of ICE, erasing the southern border, and, unbelievably, shutting down prisons altogether. That’s not just left-wing—it’s hard-core socialist lunacy.
New Yorkers didn’t even get moderates. They got candidates who worship at the altar of open borders and lawlessness. The string-pullers behind the scenes are obvious, too. The Democratic Socialists of America and the city’s own mayor are cheering on this disaster, completely ignoring the real problems facing everyday Americans, like crime, inflation, and chaos at the border.
What exactly do these new socialists believe in? Handing criminals a free pass. Rewarding illegal immigrants. And crushing hardworking American families under the boot of government overreach. Want to end ICE? Sure, take away the one thing standing between honest citizens and drug traffickers. Abolish prisons? Now every neighborhood is one bad day away from being a crime zone.
It’s no surprise the Democratic establishment went along for the ride. They’ve stopped fighting for the American people and started granting every demand from their loudest, most extreme members. Regular people be damned. It doesn’t play well anywhere outside the coastal bubble, but the left doesn’t care. As long as they keep their hands on power, they’re thrilled to radicalize city after city—even if it means destroying what used to be the greatest city in America.
Who wins? Globalists, criminals, and illegal immigrants. Who loses? Law-abiding citizens who simply want their families to be safe. Now, more than ever, Democratic incompetence and left-wing hypocrisy are on full display. Maybe next time, Democrats will just run Che Guevara himself. New York deserves better, but with this crowd in charge, good luck getting it.
