The View Melts Down Over Voter ID While America Overwhelmingly Supports It

Once again, the clueless ladies of daytime TV prove just how out of touch they truly are. Watching “The View” panic over basic voter ID laws is like watching a rerun of old liberal talking points for the thousandth time. Whoopi Goldberg and her friends sat around wringing their hands about the new “SAVE America Act,” claiming nobody—yes, nobody!—actually supports voter ID. According to them, this bill would stop half the country from voting. Half! It’s hard to know whether to laugh or be insulted.

Here’s the reality: Almost every poll out there says the complete opposite. Around 80 percent of Americans believe showing some form of identification to vote is just plain common sense. Conservatives, independents, even a huge chunk of Democrats agree—if you need ID to buy beer or board a plane, you should need it for something as important as voting. But for these liberal elites, common sense doesn’t matter. What matters is pushing a narrative—that basic election safeguards are somehow evil, racist, or “anti-democracy.”

It’s the same tired song and dance from the Hollywood crowd. They live behind gates and walls, where security is a must—but when it comes to America’s elections, suddenly any form of accountability is too much. These out-of-touch hosts aren’t defending voting rights. They’re defending a broken system that benefits globalist interests and the political left. They want chaos at the polls, not fair and secure elections.

The only real threat here is to the Democratic game plan. Liberals are terrified of anything that secures the vote, because the more secure the election, the harder it becomes to game the system. That explains all this manufactured outrage. They shout about “disenfranchisement” just to keep the rules loose and their advantages intact.

Here’s a thought: Maybe it’s time Hollywood stopped lecturing hardworking Americans. The people have spoken, and they want voter ID laws—no matter what the hosts of “The View” think.
