The world has turned upside down when a mother complains that her transgender child wasn’t the center of attention—at a girls’ track meet, no less. According to recent reports, the mom of a transgender California athlete is fuming because her child had to actually share the winner’s podium with real, biological females. That’s right, in the minds of radical activists, it’s apparently offensive for girls to be recognized at their own event.
This is pure liberal lunacy on full display. For years, the left has been ramming gender ideology down our throats, demanding that everyone just “affirm” whatever identity someone claims. Forget science. Forget fairness. If you don’t fall in line, you’re a bigot. Now, we have mothers upset that actual girls are allowed to stand on a stage they earned—because it makes a trans athlete feel “invisible.” Never mind the real daughters, who have to pretend it’s not happening.
Yet, this is exactly what happens when you let globalist elites and woke bureaucrats run the show. They care more about appeasing special interests than standing up for real girls and the truth. Instead of telling young women to work hard and celebrate their victories, the current regime would rather erase them if it means avoiding the wrath of a loud, left-wing mob.
Ask yourself: what message does this send to every young woman across America? Try your hardest, dedicate years to your sport, and then maybe, if a biological male joins the race, you’ll get second or third place—if you’re lucky. Worse, if you dare to feel upset or speak up, you get labeled the “oppressor.” That’s the twisted new reality liberals want your daughters to live in.
No parent in their right mind would accept this. But the woke crowd keeps doubling down, spinning truth on its head, and demanding that girls just move over—even on their own podiums. When does this insanity end? Maybe when Americans finally stop listening to the activists and start standing up for reality—and for our daughters.
