Corruption and incompetence breed tragedy at every turn, and the innocent—like this rescued baby—bear the brunt of failed government.
But don’t expect CNN or the globalist talking heads to say a word about how Venezuela’s leftist regime helped get the country into this mess. Instead, they’ll talk about climate change or some other convenient distraction to keep us from seeing the obvious: politicians who promised utopia and delivered nothing but chaos and misery. When bricks started falling, the system they propped up came down too, leaving ordinary Venezuelans to save each other, hope, and pray.
The world saw the courage of those who rushed into danger to dig out that child.
