The Supreme Court has finally thrown down the gauntlet when it comes to border security, and it’s sending the liberal justices into a tailspin. It’s almost unbelievable how far some will go to make the southern border as wide open as possible. When it comes to protecting American communities from chaos, there are justices who actually try to tie the hands of law enforcement—thanks to their fixation on pleasing the globalist, open-borders lobby.
Look at Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. These three have made it their mission to twist the law in the name of so-called compassion. But let’s be clear—what they’re pushing isn’t about caring for Americans. It’s about erasing our borders and letting chaos rule. When you argue against common-sense border enforcement, you’re not standing up for families. You’re selling out the nation.
The left keeps telling us that securing the border is cruel. Tell that to the countless families who’ve dealt with crime and disorder pouring in from these unchecked crossings. The liberal justices refuse to face reality. They would rather let cartels and criminals exploit loopholes than allow agents to do their jobs. It’s stubborn, it’s reckless, and it’s grounded in anti-American ideology rather than fact.
Time and again, these activists in robes put politics before patriotism. They’ll bend over backward to stall and sabotage lawful immigration enforcement if it gets them a pat on the back from their radical friends. Meanwhile, average Americans pay the price. School districts are overwhelmed, cities are stretched to the brink, and drug trafficking only grows more deadly.
Thankfully, even with the liberal trio desperately fighting against it, the Supreme Court pushed back. It’s a rare victory for common sense and national sovereignty. The big question is: how long will Americans put up with elites who think securing our border is a bad thing? The people have had enough with excuses from out-of-touch judges doing the bidding of globalist dreamers while Main Street suffers.
