Markwayne Mullin just did what the weak-kneed left won’t — he said it loud and clear: Haitians and Syrians here illegally need to go back. Finally, common sense is back in style! For too long, open-border liberals have bent over backward for globalist interests, letting wave after wave of migrants flood in as if American law didn’t matter. Where has that left working families? Job competition, rising crime, and straining our systems to the breaking point.
Let’s face it — our country is not a dumping ground for the world’s problems. When did protecting America’s national security become “racist” or “xenophobic”? That’s just spin from ivory-tower elites who never feel the pain in their gated communities. Meanwhile, middle America picks up the pieces and pays the price for Washington’s soft-on-illegal-immigration policies.
It’s about time someone stood up for the actual citizens of this country. Mullin knows what the rest of us are thinking: if you come from a country in chaos, that doesn’t mean your chaos becomes our problem. The United States is generous, but there is a limit. We can’t rebuild every broken state by importing millions who refuse to follow the rules.
Liberals love to lecture everyone about “compassion,” but real compassion means helping struggling nations fix their issues at home, not encouraging their endless exodus into America. If you keep inviting people to break the rules, why would they ever stop? The chaos at the border is just what the globalists want, pushing their “no borders” pipe dream while everyday Americans get stuck with the bill.
Repatriation isn’t cruelty; it’s sanity. The American people are tired of the double standards and the constant undermining of our sovereignty. If Democrats care so much about these countries, maybe they should spend some time in Port-au-Prince or Damascus instead of sipping lattes in D.C. Why should Americans come last in their own land?
