There’s tragedy in Germany this week, and it’s about more than a single awful event. In a supposedly “safe” northern German town, five innocent people were shot and killed at a youth welfare center—five lives lost in a place that’s supposed to protect kids. This is not what a secure, civil society looks like, no matter what the left tries to sell us about their broken “utopias.”
German authorities are quick to say they’ve got the shooter in custody, but they’re awfully quiet about what drove this horrifying act. When a tragedy happens in the U.S., leftist politicians and their media puppets practically trip over themselves to blame conservatives, guns, or some made-up systemic problem. But when Germany faces blood on its hands, suddenly everyone’s stumped, and nobody wants to point fingers. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the endless talk about “root causes” and “right-wing violence”? It’s suspiciously silent.
Liberal policies have made Europe a hotbed for chaos. They open the doors wide, welcome any and all with “compassion,” and then act shocked when violence shows up right inside the walls of the institutions they claim will keep everyone safe. Their answer is always more laws, more government, less freedom—and it never works. They never admit that it’s failed policies, not imaginary villains, that encourage these senseless acts.
Let’s face it: this isn’t just about Germany. Europe keeps proving that their top-down, bureaucratic approach just can’t keep law-abiding citizens secure. Instead of empowering families and communities or holding criminals accountable, they tie themselves in knots over political correctness and globalist nonsense. The media won’t say it, but this cowardice is killing people—literally.
If this had happened in America, the left would have a field day—screaming for gun grabs, blaming conservatives, and pushing more government control. But when their beloved “progressive” models fail abroad, they hide, deflect, and pretend nothing’s wrong. How many more innocent people need to die before liberals admit their soft-on-crime, soft-on-borders, soft-on-reality mindset is the problem? Enough with the excuses. It’s time for truth.
