Liberals begged to be like Europe and America is paying the price

It’s almost funny how clueless the Left really is about America. Spend five minutes talking to a European, and you’d think the United States is some wild frontier of ignorance and insanity. Why? Because they lap up every bit of anti-American garbage their socialist media dishes out—BBC, Le Monde, you name it. These are the narratives our so-called “allies” run with, and liberals at home eat it up. They act shocked and appalled when America doesn’t bow down to their globalist groupthink.

Anyone who has lived overseas knows the drill: Europeans confidently lecture Americans about “real freedom” and “civilized society,” relying on nothing but stereotypes and propaganda. Meanwhile, the folks on the American Left worship these opinions, forgetting they have zero understanding of who we actually are. The average European has no clue what drives us, what we value, or why we’re the greatest nation on Earth. Still, liberals beg for that foreign validation while turning their backs on their own countrymen.

Let’s be honest—there’s real joy in watching the Left get exactly what it asked for. They wanted America to look like Europe? Well, congratulations. Now we’ve got confused citizens, broken policies, and political elites who lecture the people instead of serving them. Our own fellow citizens question American values because the Left keeps parroting anti-American talking points. Liberals don’t just misunderstand America—they seem to despise it.

This blind trust in foreign opinions is dangerous. When the Left idolizes European thinking and mocks Americans who believe in independence, faith, or patriotism, what they’re really doing is undermining the very foundations of this country. Liberal elites may love the taste of French wine and British condescension, but they’d rather ignore the heartland, the military, and the folks who still believe in America as a force for good.

So here’s the punchline: The Left begged for European approval—and all it got was a mess. It’s proof that you can’t fix a nation by apologizing for it or pretending we’re just like everyone else. America is unique. And if the Left can’t handle that, maybe they should join their friends across the pond. How’s that working out for them?
