That’s a win for freedom, but don’t think for a second the anti-gun crowd is backing off. Instead, it looks like the DOJ and their buddies might be playing a new dirty trick: dragging their feet on background checks, hoping that slow-walking the process will snuff out gun sales the legal way can’t.
It’s classic leftist gamesmanship. If they can’t get what they want in the courts, they’ll weaponize the bureaucracy. Americans know this playbook all too well. First they write unconstitutional laws to make it impossible to buy the firearms that guarantee our freedoms. Then, when a judge calls them out, they simply make it as difficult and painful as possible for law-abiding folks to get through the red tape.
This isn’t just government incompetence—it’s an attack on the rights real Americans care about. The people slowing down these background checks aren’t protecting anyone. They’re hoping to frustrate you until you give up on your Second Amendment rights. The left would rather see Americans jumping through endless hoops than standing tall and free, able to defend their families and communities.
Here’s the real question the media won’t ask: Why is the DOJ so interested in targeting Virginia now? We all know the answer. Virginia has become ground zero in the battle between freedom and tyranny. What better place for the federal swamp to stick its nose? The left hates that everyday Virginians aren’t rolling over. Good citizens are daring to stand up for themselves, their Constitution, and their way of life. That’s what Washington bureaucrats—and their globalist backers—fear most.
The ruling against this failed firearm ban is great news, but don’t think for a minute that these bureaucrats will stop trying to wear down gun owners. They’ll use any trick in the book to delay, deny, and discourage gun freedom. How much longer will Americans let anti-gun zealots use government paperwork to trample their rights? Maybe it’s time we start asking who’s really running the show—and whose side they’re on.
