Once again, the Supreme Court has thrown the American people under the bus. In their latest ruling, our so-called highest legal authority decided that anyone born on American soil—no matter the circumstances—still gets a blue passport and a free ticket to everything this country has to offer. Despite President Trump’s bold efforts to actually put American interests first, the court doubled down on the outdated notion of birthright citizenship. Conservatives can see what’s happening here. The left and their judicial enablers are desperate to keep America’s doors wide open, no questions asked.
This isn’t just about the Constitution—it’s about common sense, sovereignty, and the safety of our nation. Birthright citizenship was never meant to turn the United States into the world’s maternity ward. It was meant to strengthen America, not erode it. Decades ago, this practice made sense. But today, with globalist forces and radical liberals ready to welcome anyone regardless of the cost, it’s pure madness. Why should a child born to illegal immigrants, people who broke the law to get here, have the same claim to this nation as the children of those who fought, worked, and sacrificed for it?
Left-wing activists and their enablers in the justice system love to pretend this is about “fairness” and “compassion.” Reality says otherwise. Their version of fairness means endless chain migration, overloaded public schools, and Americans losing jobs to people with no ties or loyalty to this country. It means taxpayers should foot the bill for services, education, and healthcare for multitudes who were never meant to be citizens in the first place. Where is the compassion for hardworking American families who play by the rules? Where is the justice for those left holding the bag as our own system buckles under the weight of this reckless policy?
And what about the so-called conservative justices? Too many on the right have fallen for the media narrative and caved to pressure from liberal elites. It’s as if they’re more concerned with cocktail party invitations than upholding their sworn duty to protect this nation’s future. The globalist agenda wins again, all because critical thinkers in black robes refuse to close the loopholes wide open for abuse.
If we can’t defend our borders or even decide who counts as an American in our own country, what kind of nation are we becoming? How long until there’s nothing left to defend? The American people didn’t vote for this insanity. They wanted secure borders, real voting power, and a government that puts them first for a change. Maybe the Supreme Court should start listening—or do they actually believe America can survive as the world’s doormat?
