The Supreme Court just struck a blow against the right of every American to decide who belongs in this country. Ruling against President Trump’s common-sense executive order, the six liberal justices made it clear: they would rather protect the supposed “right” of foreigners to game our citizenship system than defend American sovereignty. But this fight is far from finished. Real patriots aren’t backing down.
Thankfully, there are still leaders in Congress who refuse to let America get bulldozed by activist judges and radical leftists. Senator Bernie Moreno is standing up and demanding action. He’s been warning for years: birthright citizenship is being abused—especially by foreign nationals showing up just for the perks of a U.S. passport for their newborns. Just look at the disturbing headlines about pregnant Chinese nationals racing to American hospitals, snagging citizenship for their babies, and then flying back home. Was that the vision of the 14th Amendment’s framers? Absolutely not.
The Left and their globalist friends want the borders wide open. They love loopholes that allow anyone to waltz in, have a child, and instantly claim America as their own. That’s how Democrats keep the flow going: open borders, endless incentives for lawbreakers, and a country where the American people get no say. They ignore history, they ignore the real dangers, and they spit on the meaning of citizenship. It all adds up to one giant slap in the face to every hard-working American who plays by the rules.
Moreno gets it. The 14th Amendment was never meant to hand out citizenship as a participation trophy. Congress needs to close this loophole before it’s too late. It’s time to end the anchor baby racket once and for all. America isn’t a prize for the world’s opportunists and schemers—especially not for foreign regimes like the Chinese Communist Party, who exploit our own laws in plain sight.
If this Supreme Court won’t protect the Republic, voters need to elect the kind of Congress that will. Real conservatives know what’s at stake. The American people are done watching their country get sold off piece by piece. When will the Left finally admit they care more about non-citizens than loyal Americans? The invasion stops the moment we decide it does—so what are we waiting for?
