The Court decided that children born here to illegal aliens and people just passing through on temporary visas get instant American citizenship. This isn’t just bad law—it’s an insult to every citizen who actually believes our laws and borders mean something.
Justice Clarence Thomas tried to bring some sanity to the situation. He saw straight through the liberal agenda. The Left is twisting the 14th Amendment out of shape to push their own political projects. That amendment was written after the Civil War to protect former slaves, not to hand out citizenship like candy to anyone who shows up on U.S. soil. How much longer are we supposed to accept this madness from our highest court? Real leaders like Clarence Thomas aren’t afraid to stand up for the Constitution. Maybe it’s time the rest of Washington remembered who they’re supposed to serve: the American people—not foreign nationals, and definitely not the radical Left.
