Once again, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has shown the country she’s in way over her head. This week’s Supreme Court ruling made it crystal clear: states are absolutely allowed to bar men from invading women’s sports. Common sense finally took the wheel. The Supreme Court has stood up for girls and women who have been ignored by radical activists and weak politicians for far too long.
But leave it to Justice Jackson to try and twist reality into knots. During her confirmation, she famously couldn’t even say what a woman is. Now, suddenly, she wants to argue that “sex” under Title IX could mean “anything you choose.” So in her upside-down world, a grown man in a dress who claims he “identifies” as a woman should be able to crush girls on the track, the field, the court—wherever he pleases. This isn’t progress. It’s pure insanity.
She even pushed the deranged idea that a biological male who gets pushback for dominating girls’ sports is a “victim” of discrimination. What about the girls losing scholarships, dreams, and fair competition? Don’t they count? Liberals pretend they care about women, but then throw them under the bus whenever the woke mob snaps its fingers. It’s the ultimate hypocrisy.
It’s telling that even the Left-leaning justices couldn’t fully get behind Jackson’s activist take. In fact, the Court unanimously agreed that states have every right to demand girls’ sports stay for girls. The radicals tried to find some loophole, whining about so-called “equal protection.” But in the real world, science matters—and fairness does too.
Americans are waking up to the nonsense. People see through the slogans and empty virtue signaling. Girls’ sports aren’t some playground for gender experiments. They’re the result of decades of real, hard-won progress. If Justice Jackson and her fellow woke warriors want to keep destroying what America stands for—equal opportunity, truth, and actual fairness—they’re going to face more defeats like this one. How long until the Left admits that biology isn’t bigotry, and that protecting women isn’t hate?
