Yes, you read that right—flying the Stars and Stripes is apparently so “triggering” to the self-appointed rulers of suburbia that they think it’s their business to tear down this basic act of patriotism.
Seems like every time regular Americans feel some pride—oh, especially with the nation’s 250th birthday right around the corner—the left just can’t stand it. Liberals want to tell you America is rotten to the core, but as soon as someone puts Old Glory on display, the busybodies swoop in. These HOA elites, so desperate to control every shrub, driveway, and mailbox in America, now think the American flag offends their “sensitive” tastes. How un-American can you get?
This is what happens when you let woke leftists run wild. California used to be the Golden State—now it feels more like a testing ground for globalist nonsense and petty tyranny. Don’t forget, this is the same state where bureaucrats care more about pronouns and plastic straw bans than honoring the country that gave them everything. They clutch their pearls over a flag while ignoring skyrocketing crime and rampant homelessness. Priorities—liberal style.
The worst part? These HOA overlords pretend they’re protecting neighborhood “aesthetics,” but everyone knows it’s about power. They want Americans to feel ashamed for loving their country. With 250 years of American history worth celebrating, it’s long past time for citizens to reject these snobs and their silly rules. Limiting American flags is not just anti-patriotic—it’s anti-common sense. If waving the flag bothers them so much, maybe California isn’t the problem—the leftist mentality is.
