Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson just dragged the nation’s highest court down to the level of a cringey TikTok channel—right in the middle of a landmark ruling on birthright citizenship.
Instead of offering careful legal wisdom, Jackson decided now was the perfect time to drop some trashy internet slang in her opinion. That’s right, hidden deep in her writing, she shoehorned in a phrase so drenched in Gen Z lingo, you’d expect to hear it on Snapchat, not the Supreme Court bench. Welcome to the new normal, where our supposed legal scholars are more interested in doing social media bits than defending the Constitution.
It’s obvious these Biden-picked justices care more about showing off to their woke allies than about the rule of law. This isn’t even her first time pulling a stunt like this. Anyone paying attention remembers last year when she threw in another awkward, juvenile phrase during an official decision. The message is clear: for the left, it doesn’t matter if you’re unqualified, unserious, or just plain embarrassing. As long as you push their radical agenda on immigration and American values, you’re good to go.
Americans deserve better. Our highest court should be a beacon of wisdom and strength—not a punchline for the entire world. These globalists and elites running the show clearly don’t take the job, or American sovereignty, seriously. They treat the Constitution as some kind of joke and the founding principles as old news. When liberal justices act more like influencers than judges, is it any wonder Americans don’t trust our institutions?
If the radicals in black robes want to keep turning the Supreme Court into Saturday Night Live, maybe it’s time the American people demand more than Internet memes and leftist catchphrases from those who wield so much power.
