Outrage erupts as professor dodges real jail time after deadly protest attack justice denied again

Justice in America has taken a nosedive. The case of Paul Kessler proves it. Once again, our legal system has shown where its loyalties truly lie—spoiler alert, it’s not with everyday, law-abiding Americans. In November 2023, Paul Kessler lost his life after a so-called “protest” turned violent. The man who caused his death—a former college professor with a long history in academia—will spend only a single year in county jail and then get to walk free under probation. Is that real justice, or a slap in the face to everyone who values free speech and the right to assemble peacefully?

Think about this for a second. If the roles were reversed—if a conservative protester had ended up taking the life of someone from the left—does anyone honestly believe there would be such a light, laughable sentence? Of course not. The left demands blood from their opponents, but when one of their own is guilty, it’s all about “context” and “misunderstandings.” Liberal hypocrisy is on full display, and it stinks.

The globalist crowd loves to lecture Americans about tolerance and diversity, yet when one of their preferred groups gets violent, the rulebook gets tossed aside. Here’s a man, a former scholar, who should have set an example. Instead, he’s walking away with a wrist slap—proving that academic elitists and left-wing activists play by a different set of rules. Is this the America our forefathers fought for?

Let’s not kid ourselves. When the justice system picks winners and losers based on political correctness, nobody’s rights are safe. Free speech means nothing without safety and accountability. When an American is killed during a protest, and the killer escapes with hardly any consequences, it sends a chilling message: If your opinions don’t line up with the liberal agenda, your life is worth less.

Liberals want us to believe they care about justice. But when prompt, proper justice would threaten their narrative, it’s amazing how quickly they look the other way. Paul Kessler’s death should outrage anyone who cares about real freedom. If this is the new “justice” in America, why should anyone trust the system at all?
