The radical left just can’t help themselves. Now, Senator Ed Markey is pushing a bill to pack the Supreme Court by adding four more seats, taking the total up to a whopping thirteen. This isn’t about “balance” or “fairness.” It’s a desperate grab for power by Democrats who are throwing a temper tantrum because they can’t get their way. When liberals lose, they always try to change the rules.
For generations, the Supreme Court has stood as a guardrail against the worst ideas cooked up by progressive politicians. But with important wins for conservatives in recent years, Democrats are panicking. Instead of accepting the will of the American people, leftists want to bulldoze our institutions and tip the scales in their favor. If they don’t like the score, they just move the goalposts.
Let’s be honest: this has nothing to do with “reform.” The real goal here is to destroy any checks on left-wing power. If Markey and his pals succeed, what’s to stop them from adding four more justices next time they’re dissatisfied? It’s a dangerous game that would turn the Supreme Court into just another political playground—one where the loudest radicals always win.
This idea reeks of hypocrisy. Liberals screamed for years about protecting “democracy” and fighting against so-called threats from the right. Now they’re the ones willing to torch the Supreme Court’s integrity, just to make their globalist, anti-American agenda the law of the land. They’re not interested in debating big ideas or earning votes—they want to shove their ideology down our throats by any means necessary.
Americans should not stand for this. If court packing becomes the new normal, our freedoms and legal protections don’t stand a chance. Do we really want the highest court in the land to become the latest victim of a leftist power grab? Or will common sense and the Constitution finally put a stop to this madness?
