The Supreme Court has once again let down the American people. Their latest decision blocks voters and lawmakers from deciding who deserves the gift of U.S. citizenship. This is yet another slap in the face to anyone who believes America should set its own rules. Liberals cheer on as the highest court in the land hijacks the People’s voice, carving out more power for unelected judges and global elites.
Americans have always believed they have the right to decide who joins the nation. Citizenship means something. It can’t be handed out like Halloween candy to anyone who manages to cross the border. But these out-of-touch justices just put another brick in the wall separating Americans from control over their own country.
Who gave this court the authority to dictate birthright rules? Voters didn’t. Elected representatives didn’t. Judges should interpret the law, not write new ones that benefit liberals, illegal aliens, and globalist interests. But that’s exactly what’s happening, with everyday citizens paying the price while elites pat themselves on the back.
Left-wing politicians have always wanted open borders and easy citizenship. They don’t care what the American worker thinks, what taxpayers are forced to pay, or the damage to our national identity. Now they have the backing of judges willing to take away every decision and hand it to the most radical, anti-American forces out there.
If the Court believes regular people can’t be trusted with decisions this important, they’re dead wrong. The Constitution doesn’t belong to politicians or lawyers—it belongs to the People. Why bother voting at all if unelected bureaucrats are always going to have the final say?
