Minnesota just made a choice that should shock every sane American. Governor Tim Walz stood by as the state’s Board of Pardons decided to pardon an illegal alien who raped a 10-year-old girl. Let that sink in—a convicted child rapist, who wasn’t even supposed to be here in the first place, just got a free pass from a left-wing government that clearly isn’t interested in protecting our children or our borders.
This is the new normal for Democrats. They pretend to care about safety, but end up putting innocent families in danger—all for the sake of their soft-on-crime, open-borders agenda. Instead of making sure this predator was deported and kept away from the community, Walz and his cohorts bent over backward to grant him mercy. Ordinary citizens get no such kindness. But if you’re in the country illegally and commit one of the sickest crimes imaginable, the welcome mat gets rolled out.
Across America, law-abiding parents are left wondering: whose side is our government really on? These so-called “progressive” leaders love to talk about compassion and inclusiveness, but it never extends to the real victims—innocent American children. Who stands up for them when liberal politicians put criminal illegals back on the street?
None of this should surprise anyone paying attention to the radical left’s priorities. This isn’t about second chances or forgiveness—it’s about catering to globalist interests and virtue-signaling for the cameras. The left’s obsession with protecting illegal immigrants has reached a point where even the worst, most vile offenders are given more rights than our own kids.
If the Democrats are so desperate for votes that they’ll hand out pardons to convicted child rapists just for being here illegally, what will they do next? When did upholding the law become optional for liberal politicians? Are they willing to sell out America’s children just to score points with their activist base?
