He ran across state lines, probably assuming he’d never be caught. Why wouldn’t he think that? The left has spent years showing kids like him that consequences are just a myth.

When liberal mayors tie the hands of police officers and lecture us about “restorative justice,” violent offenders don’t fear the law—they laugh at it.
