The so-called experts want Americans to cheer over unemployment numbers dropping to 4.2%. Really? Let’s not kid ourselves. Instead of the robust job growth our nation deserves, the economy just managed to add a measly 57,000 jobs last month. That’s less than half of what the “smartest minds” on TV said we’d get. This isn’t triumph—it’s lipstick on a pig.
Liberals love to talk up “progress” any time there’s even a tiny sign of something positive. Meanwhile, they conveniently ignore how their policies hold Americans back. Every statist idea, every high tax, every anti-business regulation—each one is a shackle on hardworking families. Now, we’re supposed to clap because the economy limped forward when we should be sprinting?
It’s laughable watching Washington elites pat themselves on the back for numbers like these. Their smug, globalist buddies on Wall Street might be impressed, but regular people see the truth. Under leftist control, the American dream keeps slipping further away. Real Americans know these small gains are only scraps meant to pacify the crowd.
No one in the ivory towers stops for a second to admit their failures. They brag about unemployment dipping, but forget that millions are still struggling to find good-paying work or cope with rising prices. Liberals always want credit for the smallest wins, yet they never take responsibility for disasters they create.
Americans deserve bold leadership, not this slow crawl to mediocrity. If this is what passes for “success” under the current regime, maybe it’s time voters demand better. Why settle for less when our country can lead the world? Maybe the political class is happy with scraps, but true patriots want the feast.
