Radical teachers use vague education standards as a smokescreen to push their own political agenda—indoctrinating children with anti-Israel views, critical race theory, and far-left gender propaganda. How did we slide so far? Look no further than the intentionally fuzzy curriculum rules written by progressive lawmakers and rubber-stamped by education bureaucrats. When the standards are vague, it’s open season for activist teachers. In states like California, groups like Code Pink gleefully admit they exploit these weak rules. Instead of providing actual education, they run trainings for teachers—teaching them how to smuggle anti-Israel politics and radical activism right into daily lessons. Apparently, this is what passes for “professional development” in blue states.
Instead of boosting reading or math, teachers are told to turn every classroom into a battleground over power, privilege, and so-called “oppression.” That’s not academic excellence—it’s Marxist nonsense. Kids aren’t being taught to see themselves as Americans or strive for greatness. They’re being told their main identity is their race, ethnicity, or religion—and that every part of society is stacked against them. Teachers come out of these leftist seminars fired up to break down America’s “oppressive” institutions. Forget history or science; welcome to grievance studies 101.
This isn’t about cultural understanding. It’s about dividing kids by race, teaching them to despise their own country, and encouraging them to see themselves as victims or oppressors. The claim that only a teacher who matches your “lived experience” can teach you anything is flat-out insane. It’s a recipe for more segregation, more resentment, and fewer skills for the real world. No wonder test scores are in the tank—kids can’t do math, but they know how to stage a protest before they hit ninth grade.
America must wake up. If the radical left wants to turn public schools into their own political playground, states need to step in. Education standards should be clear and strict, leaving zero room for activism in the classroom. Parents deserve schools that teach the basics, not train future street agitators. The leftist takeover of education isn’t just incompetent—it’s anti-American at its core. How much longer will we let the woke mob wreck our kids’ futures?
