If this doesn’t make your blood boil, what will?
Here’s the twisted tale: Tera Campbell and her daughter Tayler Krauss, both from Florida, weren’t content to just run a behavioral health clinic for kids with autism. Instead, they bilked Medicaid and Tricare for years, filling out false claims for care that never happened—sometimes while their “clinic” was closed or while Campbell was enjoying a nice vacation out of the country. These two didn’t just fudge a couple numbers. They hired untrained staff, faked certifications, and filed paperwork to get paid for services that never even took place.
It’s not like this was their first rodeo, either. Campbell already got slapped with consequences in North Dakota for scamming their Medicaid program too. Meanwhile, this fraud wasn’t just limited to Wyoming’s Medicaid—it dipped into the military’s Tricare program, robbing money meant for America’s soldiers and their families. So much for “supporting the troops.” This is what liberals call “compassionate healthcare”—a system so loose and bloated it offers a buffet for crooks.
