It’s official: the radical left in New York just hit a whole new low. When even a washed-up KKK Grand Wizard starts gushing about Democrat socialists in the city, you know something’s gone seriously off the rails. The far-left isn’t just cozying up to economic madness. They’re giving a nod to the kind of racial thinking that every sane American should reject. It’s a dangerous, twisted alliance, and it’s happening right under our noses.
Take Darializa Avila Chevalier, the “democratic socialist” who just bulldozed her way through the Democratic primary. Not long ago, she blasted black and Arab men on social media for being interested in what she called “colonizer women.” Instead of being condemned for this ugly hypocrisy, she gets celebrated by the woke left—while a notorious bigot from the KKK actually applauds her racial separatism. When you’re being praised by someone like David Duke, maybe it’s time to rethink your politics. But the Democrat machine? They double down.
The party of “tolerance” and “inclusion” now openly champions candidates who spew hate, as long as it fits the new progressive mold. If a conservative dared say anything close to what Chevalier or her comrades are spreading, the left would be burning them in effigy. But if you wrap your bigotry in the “social justice” flag, you get a free pass. That’s the new standard in Democrat-run New York.
It gets even worse. The radicalism goes from the top down. The city is run by socialists who blame Israel for every problem under the sun, cozy up to anti-Semites, and attack anyone who supports America’s allies. Now even Democrat insiders are worried they have a problem on their hands. They’re starting to realize that the politics they unleashed are spinning into something darker, but they’re too deep in to pull back.
This so-called “progressive” movement was supposed to be about inclusion. Instead, it’s producing bigots who sound just like the worst elements of our country’s past. No wonder failed extremists are lining up to praise them. The left loves to warn about fascism, but maybe they should take a hard look in the mirror. If this is the future of the Democratic Party, Americans should be alarmed.
How much longer are we supposed to pretend the left hasn’t lost its mind?
