Liberals lose it as Trump saves Team USA and triggers left-wing soccer meltdown

The left-wing media has officially lost its mind—again. They’re throwing a tantrum because America’s soccer team is headed into the most important World Cup match in years with its star striker ready to play—and President Trump is to thank for it. That’s right. When a ridiculous suspension sidelined Folarin Balogun, this White House didn’t back down. Trump’s team worked behind the scenes, pressured FIFA, and got the suspension tossed. Now the U.S. stands a shot against Belgium in the Round of 16—all because Trump stood up for America when the global elites tried to knock us down.

But don’t hold your breath waiting for CNN or The New York Times to celebrate. Instead, the usual suspects are fuming. They wrote piece after piece demanding Balogun “do the sporting thing” and sit out anyway. Some of these “journalists” are even openly rooting for Belgium, hoping America chokes. It’s pathetic. The left hates Trump so much, they’re willing to sabotage the national team just to deny him a win. Their devotion to “resistance” is stronger than their loyalty to the flag.

This is what happens when hatred of one man warps your worldview. The American left and their media mouthpieces will always pick globalist interests over the stars and stripes. They scream about fairness and sportsmanship while demanding that our best player be benched on a technicality—all for the thrill of watching Trump and America fail. They talk a big game about unity, but when real patriotism is needed, they root for a tired Belgian squad instead.

Meanwhile, the U.S. team is making history. They’re charging into the knockout rounds with more fire than ever. For the first time, Americans have a real reason to believe their boys could go all the way. And liberals? They can’t stand it. Anything that puts country first—especially if Trump has a hand in it—sends them into a meltdown.

Let’s be honest: nothing makes the left more uncomfortable than American success, especially when their favorite scapegoat helps make it happen. Maybe if the media spent half as much time cheering for U.S. athletes as they do lecturing the rest of us, they wouldn’t be so easy to ignore. Isn’t it amazing how quickly their talk of “values” vanishes when it’s time to support their own country?
