Texas finally ends college perks for illegals as courts side with Americans

The radical left loves to talk about “fairness” — unless, of course, you’re an American citizen. For years, Texas handed out special college perks to illegal aliens, letting people who broke our laws get in-state tuition while hard-working Americans paid the full price. That loophole just slammed shut. A federal appeals court put an end to this madness, ruling that Texas can’t keep rewarding lawbreakers at the expense of American families.

Anyone paying attention could see this was an insult to every legal student and parent in Texas. While families followed the law, paid taxes, and jumped through hoops to bankroll their kid’s education, border jumpers got the VIP treatment. Is this the new American dream, or just another handout for the globalist open-borders crowd? Liberals claim to stand for justice, yet they have no problem privileging foreign citizens over their own people.

It’s about time someone said “enough.” Why should families scraping to save for college be punished while illegal aliens reap the rewards of their rule-breaking? Americans deserve better. The left would rather destroy the value of citizenship than admit their open-border ideology has failed real Americans. Texas dared to stand up for what’s right — and now the federal courts finally had their backs.

Of course, the talking heads and activist lawyers are already crying foul. They’ll trot out sob stories, pretend there’s no difference between citizens and non-citizens, and accuse everyone of “hate.” But the real hate is against the rule of law. The only thing “unfair” here is the idea that the United States should forever foot the bill for the world, while our citizens come last.

This isn’t just about tuition. It’s about priorities. The left will always put illegal aliens first — and America last. Now the courts have sent a clear message: privilege has no place in the land of the free. The question is, will liberals keep fighting for foreigners, or will they finally start fighting for the people they claim to represent?
