Cuba is falling apart while the Left is busy throwing tantrums in American streets. That’s right. While everyday Cubans are desperate for light, food, and freedom, so-called “human rights activists” like Code Pink are gearing up to riot here—not for freedom, but in support of the heartless communist regime that put Cuba into this pit in the first place.
Let’s be clear: life in Cuba isn’t just tough, it’s devastating. The island is like an open-air prison. Blackouts are routine. Store shelves are bare. Even clean drinking water is hard to find. People are sick, hungry, and terrified to open their mouths in protest because the regime throws political prisoners into filthy jail cells by the hundreds. This isn’t some far-off fairytale; it’s the daily nightmare of real people crushed by seven decades of socialist rule.
What do our liberal “champions of freedom” do about it? They blame America, of course. They organize protests—right here at home—demanding we support the communists, not the suffering Cuban people. These radical mobs love to shout about justice, but when faced with true evil, they bend over backward to defend it. It’s hypocrisy at its finest. The same progressives who want to rip down statues and lecture Americans about democracy are literally backing a dictatorship that strangles its own citizens.
Meanwhile, leaders like Donald Trump and Marco Rubio are ready to offer a lifeline. They know exactly what’s wrong with Cuba: socialism, government overreach, and failed leftist experiments. But the regime wants nothing to do with real reform. They puff up their chests and make empty promises while their citizens rot. Apparently, preserving their own power matters more than ending starvation or restoring basic human rights.
It’s obvious what’s going on here. The far Left doesn’t care about the Cuban people. They care about propping up their corrupt ideology, no matter how much blood soaks the ground. When will Americans wake up and realize these so-called “activists” are fighting for the same failed system that turned Cuba into a disaster zone? Maybe it’s time to ask: are these fake activists really on our side, or are they just rooting for tyranny?
