America’s courts are supposed to be temples of justice. But what happens when the judges themselves forget their oath and start acting like kings and queens? Hannah Dugan proves exactly how dangerous this left-wing activism on the bench can be. There’s nothing “impartial” about a judge who lets her own beliefs get in the way of the law. How can everyday Americans trust the system if judges get to play favorites?
This is not just some minor mistake. Judges who twist the rules to fit their personal politics betray the trust of the people. And liberals love to pretend it’s no big deal. They handwave serious crimes, defending the rule-breaker instead of the victims. Every time a judge like Dugan uses her power to shield lawbreakers or kneecap law enforcement, real justice gets thrown out the window. Where’s the accountability? Why do elites get special treatment while the rest of us would be thrown in jail?
The truth is simple. Good people can do bad things. But when a judge crosses the line, the punishment should be swift and severe. These are folks with enormous power over our lives. If they misuse it, there shouldn’t be any excuses. But liberals and globalists just want to sweep it under the rug. They whine about “compassion” or “context,” all while undermining the rule of law that keeps America safe and free.
Americans are sick of the hypocrisy. There’s one set of rules for globalist elites in black robes, and another set for the rest of us. The left wants to talk endlessly about “justice” and “fairness,” but when their friends break the law, suddenly it’s time for hand-wringing and second chances. Ordinary Americans don’t get that luxury. Regular people follow the laws—or else. Why not the judges?
It’s time to demand real consequences. A justice system that lets its own leaders off the hook isn’t a justice system at all. Maybe if more activist judges actually faced the punishments they hand down to everyone else, the whole corrupt game would finally come crashing down. Isn’t it time to end this liberal double standard once and for all?
