Once again, Amnesty International proves it’s just another pawn for the radical left. This used to be an organization dedicated to defending people against real human rights abuses, but now it’s lost all credibility and common sense. Instead of fighting dictators or standing up for women under threat, Amnesty now attacks rape crisis centers and women’s rights groups—simply because they refuse to bow down before the gender cult.
Take Beira’s Place, a Scottish shelter founded to help women recovering from rape or abuse. Its mission is simple: keep traumatized women safe from men. But because J.K. Rowling—public enemy number one for woke activists—established it and insists “woman” actually means female, Amnesty decides that’s “hate.” To these leftist busybodies, protecting women apparently makes you a dangerous extremist. Forget actual abusers—according to Amnesty, it’s the defenders of women we should fear.
It gets worse. Groups like For Women Scotland—who fought for the right to keep men out of women’s protected spaces—are now smeared as “anti-rights.” Meanwhile, groups formed to protect gays and lesbians from truly harmful ideologies get blacklisted right alongside them. The twisted logic here is breathtaking. If you believe in biology, you’re branded dangerous. If you want equal rights for women and gays, you’re painted as an oppressor because you don’t celebrate men invading women’s safe havens. This is straight-up madness.
But the hypocrisy runs deep. These left-wing elites claim to support women and gays, but when anyone dares question transgender ideology, they get thrown to the wolves. Amnesty’s new blacklist puts a target on the backs of brave women and gays who refuse to accept lies. The very groups standing up for the vulnerable are treated as enemies, while actual threats are ignored—or even celebrated. Is it any wonder people are losing faith in all these globalist NGOs that seem to care more about signaling their wokeness than protecting the innocent?
This is a reckless, possibly dangerous move. History already shows what happens when organizations smear regular people with labels meant for terrorists or criminals. Now, extremists have a map to hunt people like J.K. Rowling and real women’s advocates. Amnesty has chosen sides, and it’s not with the victims—it’s with the mob. If this is the future of “human rights,” then who will protect truth, women, or basic sanity anymore?
