Liberals now blame climate change for child marriage and it gets even more outrageous from there

Liberals just stooped to a new low, and it’s almost impressive—the kind of impressive you see in a car crash. This time, so-called “activists” want you to believe that climate change is the big reason behind child marriage in parts of the world. That’s right: now the weather is forcing girls into marriage. Forget culture, tradition, or even religion. According to them, the real villain is your SUV.

Of course, the left has never missed a chance to use a “crisis”—real, imagined, or invented—to fuel their own agendas. If there’s a tragedy somewhere, you can bet there’s an activist ready to blame it on climate change. Taxpayer dollars? They want more. Sympathy for children? They demand it—so long as it keeps their NGOs funded and their friends on the payroll. Actual solutions? Nowhere to be found.

Let’s get real. Everyone knows child marriage is a horrific practice. But everyone also knows exactly where and why it happens. Leftists want to pretend it’s a worldwide problem with no real pattern. But dig a little, and it’s clear—certain religions, certain cultures hold onto child marriage while everyone else moves forward. Yet the left can’t bring itself to admit the glaringly obvious. They tiptoe, making sure never to offend their pet causes or risk being called “Islamophobic.” All the while, the real victims are ignored.

Here’s the twisted part: these very same progressives who love tossing out wild accusations—calling conservatives “pedophile protectors” at every turn—turn their backs when child marriage is staring them right in the face, simply because it doesn’t fit their tidy narrative. They’d rather attack Americans defending Western values than confront the truth about what really drives young girls into marriage. And they certainly won’t point a finger at the ideologies setting girls back centuries.

But as usual, this is all about control and cash. Create a new crisis, raise money, hand out fat checks to activist buddies, rinse and repeat. Meanwhile, millions of girls will keep suffering—not because of “climate change” but because elites would rather protect their fundraising machines than stand up for what’s right.

Maybe someday the left will wake up and stop blaming Mother Nature for humanity’s failures. Until then, don’t let them take another dime of your money—or tell another lie.
