Supreme Court Just Slammed Trump and Sided With Illegals Is This the End of American Citizenship

America has always been proud to open its doors to legal immigrants chasing the American dream. But when our generosity gets twisted into a get-out-of-jail-free card for anyone who sneaks across the border, it’s time for real conservatives to draw the line. Thanks to liberal judges and their allies, birthright citizenship — which was meant to welcome children of freed slaves — has become a golden ticket for the children of illegal aliens and globe-trotting tourists with no loyalty to this country.

The Supreme Court’s latest move, slapping down President Trump’s attempt to put sanity back into the immigration system, is just another slap in the face for everyday Americans. The radical left cheers as our laws are trampled and our resources drained. Liberals talk big about compassion, but they’re really obsessed with reshaping this nation into something unrecognizable — with endless foot soldiers loyal to their globalist ideals, not the United States.

Conservatives know that handing out citizenship like candy to children born here under criminal circumstances is insane. The Fourteenth Amendment was never meant to reward lawbreakers. Only a twisted reading by activist judges could turn the Constitution into a suicide pact. When someone sneaks in illegally or overstays a vacation, and their child magically becomes an American because of geography, it’s a slap at every hardworking family who came here the right way.

We should be applauding lawmakers with the guts to challenge this decades-old scam. While DC elites wring their hands and worry about offending the open borders crowd, leaders like Jim Banks stand up for real Americans. His bold legislation — testing this broken interpretation — deserves support. The left can keep crying about “fairness,” but there’s nothing fair about rewarding criminals while American families foot the bill.

How long will we let out-of-touch judges and globalist puppets rewrite our laws, weaken our borders, and sell out American citizenship? It’s time to say enough is enough, and restore sanity to our Constitution before there’s nothing left to defend.
