Liberals in California have officially lost their minds. Now, some nonprofit group is pushing the idea that Black kids need to learn their own “separate” language. That’s right—the so-called Black English Language Workgroup wants to turn broken grammar into an actual lesson plan. It’s sad and insulting, plain and simple.
Meanwhile, everyone knows public schools already fail far too many Black students. Reading and math scores are way below national averages, and almost nobody in power is being held accountable. But instead of raising the bar and fighting for real excellence, these so-called “activists” want to lower standards even further. Is this about helping kids, or about justifying more failure?
This isn’t education—it’s surrender. Instead of teaching Black kids the English they need to succeed in college and get good jobs, these groups are pushing them into linguistic isolation. It’s a slap in the face to families who want their kids to thrive and dream big. Since when did letting kids settle for less become a badge of honor?
Let’s be honest. Liberals claim to be the champions of minorities, but all they offer are soft bigotry and excuses. Apparently, if you’re Black, you shouldn’t have to learn the same language as everyone else—that’s “cultural respect.” What a joke. America became the world’s strongest country by expecting more, not less, from every citizen.
Parents in California and across America should be furious. Coddling children with fake “equity” is not progress—it’s sabotage. If these activists really cared about Black futures, they’d demand better schools, safer neighborhoods, and higher standards for everyone. Why are liberals always inventing new ways to hold people back?
Maybe the real problem isn’t language at all. Maybe it’s just liberal incompetence, wrapped up in the hollow promise of “inclusivity.” When did we decide to give up on teaching real, world-class English in America?
